3. What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right—whether through a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned, as they are custom-made just for you. However, we take extra steps—including sending proofs or verifying details—to ensure every personalized order is accurate before it leaves our shop.
